She Mentors Hiring for Content Creator & Community Ambassador (Casual) at Australia Full Time

She Mentors is looking for a Content Creator & Community Ambassador to help grow and nurture our wonderful network of women through the She Mentors platform and social media channels.

This role would suit a passionate content creator who genuinely cares about uplifting and supporting women. Ideally you are already spending time on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok for work or in your personal life (and love these platforms!)

As well as the day-to-day responsibilities, we’re looking for someone to think ‘big picture’, to continually innovate; and actively look for ways to support and drive our mission. While skills and experience are great to have, it’s your attitude that sets you apart 👏

Responsibilities

• Create content for Instagram, LinkedIn & Facebook Group (reels, posts, stories)
• Create content for our Weekly Wrap EDM
• Moderate community discussions, ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment.
• Assist in organising community-lead meet-ups and Zoom events
• Highlight and showcase member stories and experiences
• Match-making and helping members in FB group and inbox

• Bonus if you have experience with TikTok and can help us launch our brand on this platform!

About the role

This is a casual, remote position paying $30 AUD p/h for 15 hours per month (with possibility of extended hours). The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who is looking to supplement their income with casual work.

Perhaps you already have a part-time job or you’re looking for extra cash to supplement your business? Maybe you’re studying and want to gain experience working in content and social media. We’re open to all experience levels.

You must be available daily (Monday-Friday) to “pop” into our channels, respond to comments, stories and add value to our members. Some days this can be 10 minutes, other days it could be longer.
