We are seeking a Talent Acquisition focused professional to join our Shared Services Talent Acquisition team! This position will be part of a growing company and will be part of a dynamic and fun Recruiting team and will have an incredible opportunity to make an impact!

The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, identifying, evaluating, and hiring high-quality talent for several different business units.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages the full cycle talent acquisition process for assigned roles including requisition initiation, hiring manager kick-offs, candidate identification, and cultivation, interview and offer strategies, as well as providing status updates throughout the process.
• Partners with supported teams and Team Leaders to understand talent needs, priorities, and timelines.
• Adapts and applies innovative and successful candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, selection, and negotiation strategies.
• Builds strong and ongoing relationships with candidates, as well as Department Leads to fill the pipeline for future openings.
• Leverages understanding of the candidate marketplace to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Maintains communication and coordination with hiring managers to ensure needs are being met and gaps are being filled
• Understands the details of the specific roles, compensation, benefits, and other topics essential to effective recruitment.
• Manages full-cycle recruitment process including assisting with the development and execution of sourcing plans; developing and publishing job postings; resume shortlisting, interviewing, coordinating conditions of the offer, and offer letter creation and presentation
• Researching legislation and best practices related to recruitment and selection and making recommendations regarding the same
• Maintain, and administer recruitment documents including but not limited to pre-screen, interview, reference, and offer templates

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3+ years experience in a similar role. High-volume recruitment experience preferred. Ability to create recruitment strategy in hard to fill locations
• Previous experience recruiting hourly manufacturing roles, as well as office roles preferred

• Experience working for a larger multi-site employer is an asset
• Ability to switch between a variety of tasks throughout each day, while tackling a busy workload
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite and an Applicant Tracking System
• Attention to detail
• Clear and effective communication skills
