Role Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for the training and support of all necessary Education, Learning and Skills staff and subcontractors, including office-based support teams, on our data systems, learner management and learning systems and e-Portfolio system, namely BKSB, Onefile, File Capture Application, PICs and Cognassist. You will be driving and supporting the required efficiencies that end-to-end electronic systems should bring. Be a specialist in assessment practice and LMS data systems and how this links to performance and outcomes.
