Role Purpose
To support the Head of Performance and Planning, in collaboration with operational
colleagues to ensure compliance to contractual and funding obligations, and
continuous improvement across a broad range of Education provision within the
Education, Learning and Skills Division of The Shaw Trust Group, ensuring contracts
provide high quality and compliant outcomes as expected by our commissioners and
funders, and in line with our strategic objectives.
As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for conducting funding and contract
compliance reviews based on the key aspects of contract delivery in order to ensure
full compliance with contractual funding obligations. You will specifically support the
delivery of contracts and services adopting a first line of defence approach.
