Shaw healthcare is looking to recruit a Recruitment Assistant to join our friendly and supportive recruitment team based in our head office in St Mellons Cardiff for a 6 month fixed contract.
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Salary: £10.41 per hour

Main Responsibilities

• To provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team
• To promote Shaw Healthcare as an employer of choice through public perception of Recruitment services.
• To ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements specific to the sector and in particular for care and support environments.
• To be customer focused at all times and deliver a high level of service to the organisation and external candidates.
• Place adverts on the relevant systems for all services
• Contact applicants and arrange interviews
• Maintain effective communication with candidates at all times throughout the on boarding process
• To ensure that relevant information has been provided by the applicants via our online portal, accurately and in a timely manner.
