JOB SUMMARY:

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for providing broad based administrator support across the Education Team as well as managing their own portfolio or projects within the educational initiatives. Initially, this role will focus on getting new partners on board to consume the Shatterproof content including contracting, onboarding, training, tracking the content and following up with evaluations.

Multiple technical platforms (listed below) are utilized to deliver and track the education. The candidate must either present knowledge of these platforms, or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new platforms. A successful candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to juggle multiple priorities and competing deadlines, and have exceptional written and verbal skills. The day-to-day of this position will entail communication with educational partners and working in multiple Microsoft, WordPress, and Google platforms.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITY:

· Configure partners with a unique educational URL in WordPress (training available).

· Complete new site analytics dashboards in Google Data Studio (training available).

· Support contracting efforts with private companies and government organizations utilizing existing templates.

· Participate in meetings with potential educational partners. Document, create replies as needed, and track all action items. Once trained, own these meetings and follow-ups.

· Provide record keeping and other general administrative tasks to manage and cultivate existing and future partner relations.

· Lead or assist in the development of new educational content. This content is provided through brochures, online and video format.

· Provide written weekly updates to the Education team members and Senior Leadership.

· Keep up to date with research for substance use disorder and employee training trends.

· Copy edit educational materials for external audiences.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate qualifications include:

· Bachelor’s degree required. In lieu of a degree, 4 years of professional experience in nonprofit or a

start-up environment required.

· Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Comfortable completing online demonstrations to “sell” the education. Able to assess interest and

follow-up through emails and phone calls.

· Ability to identify and synthesize large amounts of information with strong commitment to providing the

highest possible quality content.

· Knowledge of Salesforce a plus

· Knowledge of statistical packages a plus

· Likes to tinker with technology a big plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
