Shars Tool Company Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Saint Charles, IL Full Time

Shars Tool Company is currently looking to build our customer service staff. We have a current opening in our online e-store ( Amazon, Shars.com E-bay)

Typical day would include, answering phone calls, working within excel worksheets, inputting and correcting data, pricing and errors in. Taking orders over the phone and email. You would need the ability to work with minimal supervision, however support is always available. Good attendance is a requirement for this position.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Answering customer phone calls
• Tracking back orders
• Processing phone orders
• Processing returns
• Processing online orders from our online venues ( Amazon, Shars.com E-bay)
• Shipping and freight quotes
• Replying to email
• Processing warranty claims
• No cold calling required

• The ideal candidate should have:
• Familiarity with ecommerce websites
• Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google mail
• Some Quickbooks knowledge (not required but a plus)
• Prior office experience
• Capability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to think critically and problem solve
• Ability to multitask effectively
