Our client is a multi-award-winning agency separating themselves with a team of young, ambitious and results-focused professionals. Duties

• Undertake CMA’s and prepare pre-listing kits
• Getting listed properties to market – coordinating photographers, copywriters etc
• Managing listings on the various portals
• Coordinating the exchange and settlement process
• Supporting social media marketing and brand promotion initiatives
• Liaising with stakeholders including Solicitors, suppliers, and your internal team

To be successfully shortlisted for this role you will have:

• 12months+ experience in a similar role within Real Estate
• Be a positive and proactive team member, keen to contribute
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills
• Experience using RPdata and real estate software/databases
