As we continue our expansion in Europe, we are looking for an internal Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team.
You will play a key part in pro-active recruitment to bring top calibre candidates into the business. In addition to headhunting, talent pipe-lining, interviewing, managing recruitment databases and advertising portals, you will also work with business leaders to understand and help define requirements.
In return for your efforts, you will have the opportunity to be develop a deep knowledge of the consumer electronics retail business and become a true expert in this exciting sector. The role will be based at our head office in Leeds and require occasional travel to our London office.
Roles & Areas of Responsibility
- Pro-actively source and assess candidates for open requisitions across our European business
- Manage job advertising platforms and internal recruitment systems
- Build clear recruitment briefs with business leaders
- Manage multiple projects in different sectors and geographies (European wide)
- Positively represent SharkNinja in the candidate market place
- Report weekly on the status of projects to the business leads and hiring managers
- Manage recruitment dashboard and candidate administration
- Lead specific projects aligned to creating and promoting the company’s culture and offering of benefits and programs
Ideal Skills & Experience
- Several years in a recruitment search / research capacity with proven experience of independent candidate sourcing and phone assessment
- You will be methodical and diligent, and have a willingness to work to and manage tight deadlines
- Strong planning skills with ability to multitask and open to changing direction
- Excellent communication and presentations skills
- Have the ability to quickly grasp an understanding of business requirements in relation to candidate requirements including lateral thinking in what skills and industries to source from
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to measure success
- Knowledge of recruitment systems an advantage
- Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Have a can-do attitude and work well within a team
Although not essential, fluency in either German or French would be a distinct advantage.
