Senior Recruitment Consultant – Finance and Accounting

A premier executive search firm based in NYC, are looking to invest in excellent recruiting talent to join their no KPI environment. With complete autonomy, offering a hybrid schedule and average deal values of $50k in the Finance and Accounting space.

With excellent benefits, a mature environment and company members billing from $350-$700k, you will be joining a warm desk to capitalise on their excellent reputation within the market.

Job requirements:

• Full desk (360) recruiter with both talent acquisition and sales within Finance and Accounting industry.
• Excellent track record of personal billings.
• Ability to coach and drive the success of junior consultants whilst maintaining personal billings.
• Able to strategize success of the team.
• Detail focussed with the ability to report up to Senior Managers.

Compensation:

• Basic salary up to market standard DPE, an outstanding wealth generating commission structure.
