Role and Responsibilities

As the Recruitment Specialist, based out of our corporate office in Warrington Pa you will:

• Work collaboratively with the Program Managers to understand the staffing needs. Attract, and retain a qualified and diverse workforce. Creatively source for open positions.
• Develop job postings, source candidates, conduct phone screens and in person interviews, develop candidate pipelines, scheduling and build relationships.
• Effectively and consistently utilize the applicant tracking system, Paycom, to manage applicant data, and monitor outcomes and recruitment activities.
• Manage, Post and Maintain social media recruiting activities daily.
• Perform other Talent Acquisition duties as assigned.
