This is your chance to transform recruiting from one of the many duties of the HR department to a top-notch Talent Acquisition function.

As Talent Acquisition Manger, you’ll be responsible for:

· The process, technology, strategy, and execution of the recruiting function across the organization.

· Creating recruitment marketing strategies and employer brand

· Identifying and implementing appropriate technologies and external partners

· Overseeing the production of the recruiting team

· Establish production and quality metrics for the hiring process and set goals for continuous improvement

· Providing each applicant with an outstanding candidate experience

· Monitoring new hires to ensure the best possible start in their new roles

· All other aspects of the recruiting and onboarding functions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $97,000.00 per year
