Role Description

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Acting as a Shaping Cloud brand ambassador and representing the business in a professional manner
• Building and maintaining a network of active, passive, and emerging talent that is relevant to skills sets desired by Shaping Cloud
• Source candidates via correct, consistent, and thorough use of job boards, Linkedin and other platforms to identify and attract talent
• Creation and management of job advertisements that represent the Shaping Cloud brand and support diversity and inclusion.
• Represent Shaping Cloud at relevant networking events

• Partner with line managers to capture and qualify role requirements as well as providing support and guidance throughout recruitment process
• Support Talent Manager with additional task’s where required

Essential Skills and Experience

• Previous experience within a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Sourcing position

• Previous experience within recruiting IT or Technical professionals
• Experienced user of job boards, LinkedIn and social media platforms to attract talent
• Proven relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Outgoing and enthusiastic personality

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Experience within the permanent recruitment lifecycle
• Strong organisational skills

Salary: £30 – £35,000 per annum + Company Benefits

Location: Remote
