Job description
Have you mastered processing large amounts of invoices and payments from customers?
Do you have a proven ability to grasp databases easily?
Looking for routine M-F job with little overtime?
We’re looking for an Accounts Receivables Specialist who can:
- Post and administer accounts receivables
- Strong attention to detail
- Understands need of accuracy and importance of balancing accounts and payments
- Able to explain payments applied and answer customer inquiries surrounding billing
- Focus on the business as a motivated, self-starter
- Work independently as AR Specialist and be part of Front Office team for some tasks
- Be phone back-up for customer orders and general calls
Requirements include:
- 3-5 Years in Accounting with B.A. preferred; Associates with Experience acceptable
- Demonstrated knowledge of general accounting principles and application of those to business
- DataBase familiarity and able to easily learn new
- Maintain confidentiality; dependable; honest, trustworthy
Pay dependent on qualifications.
Shamrock Group is a locally owned company in business for 75 years, located in south Minneapolis near Hwy. 55 and 94.
