Shakespeare’s Globe Hiring for Finance Officer Job at London, England Full Time

Shakespeare’s Globe is currently seeking an organised, detail focused Finance Officer to join our Finance team.

Working within the Globe’s central finance function, the Finance Officer supports the Finance Manager and wider finance team through ensuring the accurate and timely processing of transactional data through the Globe’s accounting system. Working across a broad range of areas including purchase and sales ledger, bank reconciliations and income workstreams, this role would suit someone looking to gain valuable experience in a central finance function and/or looking to challenge themselves in a sector leading arts and cultural organisation.

As part of a forward thinking, customer focused team the Finance Officer role is integral to the successful running of this small but effective central support function. Directly supporting two Senior Finance Officers and a Finance Manager you’ll recognize benefit in clear, structured processes and share our dedication to tackling any challenges to the norm head on. Willing to learn, we are constantly looking to improve and find ways of working more effectively, both together and with stakeholder across the organisation.
