Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing recruitment strategy and support for Shake Shack’s Home Office. The TA Specialist will ensure effective support and customer service is being provided through improved processes, best practices, and trainings.

The TA Specialist plays a critical role in the Home Office hiring process from application to orientation, ensuring an elevated experience at every step for both hiring managers and candidates. The TA Specialist upholds our Company standards and values while partnering with Home Office hiring managers to build talented and diverse teams. The TA Specialist is a collaborative and customer-service focused team member that sets the example for recruitment and hiring to create elevated experiences for our candidates and future team members.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure an effective and timely recruiting and hiring process is in place for the Home Office, adjusting the process as needed to ensure proactive recruitment and planning is in place

Oversee recruitment and hiring metrics/analytics, partnering with vendors to evaluate trends and tailor strategy as needed.

Partner with Manager of TA to ensure effective implementation of new Talent Acquisition best practices and processes

Provide critical Talent Acquisition and training across Home Office to empower hiring managers in the recruitment and hiring process.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.

2-3 years progressive work experience in Human Resources or related field.
