Introduction to the team
The Marketing Coordinator supports tactical execution of marketing strategy for both our retail and foodservice verticals. With direction directly from ownership, the Marketing Coordinator supports a consistent, focused marketing approach across the country. This position will work collaboratively with sales as well as operations.

Responsibilities:

• Help to implement integrated marketing strategies that support growth goals and are aligned to the overall marketing and brand strategy.
• Assist in executing trade shows, events, and sponsorships to create effective sales and marketing opportunities.
• Support marketing communications activities that drive awareness and generate leads, including advertising, digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and webcasts.
• Help produce marketing ing, internal communications, and website updates.
• Use CRM to execute marketing programs and on results at direction of Marketing leaders.
• Drive the consumerization of a fast-growing food brand.
• Perform varied research projects to support firm sales and marketing efforts.
• Hybrid position: 3 days on site 2 days remote.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in branded food products environment preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.

• Previous experience with CRM systems, email marketing tools, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms is desired.
• Ability to travel as needed, approximately 20%

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
