Shack Shine Hiring for Office Administrative Assistant (30-35 Hours a Week) at Etobicoke, ON Full Time

Shack Shine (Etobicoke Location) is an awesome company with great staff. Our focus is to provide a fun working environment all while making sure our customers are provided the best services possible and all while doing it with a smile. We hire the best team members to help us achieve that goal. The service model is simple, we offer our customers window washing, gutter cleaning, house washing, power washing and custom Christmas Lights and we stand out from our competition by doing this all in our shiny, clean wrapped trucks with services completed by our happy, smiling uniform technicians.

Now we need a candidate that can assist running our business from the inside.

The ideal candidate:

• Someone who loves providing great service and customer experience.
• Someone with strong organizational skills, general computer skills, takes easily to instruction and works under minimal supervision.
• Strong communicator, who is not shy to speaking with people.
• Strong phone Skills
• Loves working with a team to accomplish a similar task.
• Highly organized and customer focused.
