Description
We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to serve as our Talent Acquisition Manager, predominantly covering North America with some coverage of Latin America.
As a strategic Talent Acquisition professional, you will build out and lead the overall TA function for the region. This is a hands-on remit, with responsibility for ensuring the right talent with the right skills are hired at the right time and establishing, rolling out and gaining acceptance of TA strategies/programs to meet hiring goals at all levels. Leading a small team of regional recruiters, this role will directly to the Global Vice President, Talent Acquisition.
