Job Description
Job Title: Internal Recruitment / Resourcing Advisor
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 09:00am – 17:00pm
Job Location: Ellesmere Port
Salary: Up to ÂŁ27,000 per annum depending on experience

As an In-house Recruitment Advisor at SGS, you will be a trusted partner to managers, and provide guidance and expert advice throughout the recruitment process. You’ll work closely with hiring teams to develop a sourcing plan for each position and will proactively source for technical, scientific and professional roles across SGS UK locations.
Day to day you’ll be delivering a full end-end recruitment service, you’ll source and screen applicants, review and discuss feedback with hiring teams, coordinate all selection activity / interviews, and progress offers of employment.
You’ll be given opportunities to further your professional development through ongoing training, and will have access to market leading tools, resources and systems to support you in getting the best out of your role.
You will be joining a successful in-house recruitment team and will also form part of a highly regarded HR team based in the UK Head Office.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Internal Recruitment professional or will have a strong HR background with hands on experience of candidate sourcing and selection. You’ll also be confident in using HR and Applicant Tracking Systems
You’ll need to demonstrate strong negotiation and influencing skills and will have examples of working in fast paced and high-volume environments.
You’ll have a flexible approach and will be driven to achieve great results for internal stakeholders whilst ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
