• Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the management accounting team.
• Oversee management accounting team reporting and consolidation of business results.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial data for use by stakeholders, both internal and external to Finance.
• Support Financial Controller and business operations General Manager in interpreting financial trends and drivers.
• Prepare month end journals for allocated Businesses – throughout month and also at month end.
• Prepare detailed forecasts and comparisons to budget.
• Review detailed transaction listings and other finance exception reports to ensure month end results are correctly stated.
• Support cost centre managers to improve administrative processes and increase finance knowledge of operational staff.
• Prepare capital expenditure applications including Discounted Cash Flow calculations and business case analysis.
• Manage capital expenditure reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
• Monitor the status of capital expenditure orders and equipment delivery compared to forecast/budget.
• Assist with modelling and pricing in respect of potential new business, scope changes and contract renewals.
• Ensure Finance Management are kept abreast of latest commercial developments within the business.

• Degree in a Business / Commercial related subject.
• CA/CPA Qualification, minimum three year’s post qualification experience.
• Experience with Oracle ERP system.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Well-developed service orientation, with the ability to provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in both a team environment, as well as independently.
• Strong reconciliation and investigative skills with attention to detail, with ability to self-review
