SGS Hiring for Administration Manager Job at Notting Hill Full Time

SGS is looking for a professional, driven and experienced Administration Manager to join the team.

General responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Leading the administration team
• Reporting performance of profit centres on a weekly basis
• Adopting training procedures and matrix for all administration staff, identifying any gaps and implementing strategies to address these gaps.
• Implementing and maintaining all work related reference for administration staff
• Providing administration support for sales, tenders and customer proposals
• Supervising Business invoicing through Oracle and external systems including all associated workflow requirements
• With support of Finance and BM’s ensuring all End of month procedures are processed including reconciliation of external systems and Oracle invoices.

• Certificate or Diploma in Office Management or Administration (highly desirable)
• Previous experience in a similar managerial / team leadership role
• Understanding of basic accrual accounting
• Computer literate with an intermediate to advanced level of excel
• Ability to multitask and delegate accordingly to ensure timelines are met
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Solid relationship building skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills
