AS AN A USER ACCEPTANCE TESTER YOU WILL…

Be responsible for testing the functionality and usability of new and existing software before it goes live to ensure it is bug-free and fit for purpose. The role also aids with ing and business or process improvement along with developing policies and procedures for controlling credit and collections and delivering on agreed KPIs and ing framework.

YOUR DAYS WILL INVOLVE…

The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

• Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing on IT solutions produced by the Solution Delivery Team. Liaise with the relevant Product Owner and Collections team members on feature acceptance criteria whilst providing feedback and enhancement suggestions, meeting quality assurance
• Execute test scripts, review results, create and manage test data, manage test case traceability and documentation, record test results, raise defect records and re-test fixes, ing and documenting technical issues throughout the process
• Review and analyse new features and business process changes to evaluate the success of expected customer and business benefits and assist with completing any post implementation reviews
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Record, analyse and on activities, processes, trends, and results relating to the department
• Developing policies and procedures for controlling credit and collections
• Assist in other areas of the Collections department as required

Essential

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience as a test analyst in complex technical environments, testing complex software with

numerous integration points

• Experience in an Accounting function, preferably Accounts Receivable and/or Credit Control
• Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills. Critically analyses information and can resolve problems through to

complete resolution in a timely, effective manner

• Experienced in a variety of testing phases including functional, integration, performance, load and UAT
• Excellent communication skills, being able to articulate defects to stakeholders and escalate when blocked
• Takes initiative in the prioritisation of defects for resolution to ensure that test flow is not blocked
• Excellent training and coaching skills.
• Effectively communicating both verbally and in writing. Demonstrating good listening and probing skills
• Has strong technical, numerical skills and analytical skills
• Strong finance, commercial and business acumen with attention to detail
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills – meets specified deadlines and s regularly on progress

Desirable

• Exposure to or an understanding of Fleet Management, salary packaging and novated leasing
