ABOUT THE ROLE…

This position is responsible for strategic management of relationships with new client groups with SG Fleet. The role requires achieving the objectives for both the client and SG Fleet within the first year of the program before transitioning the client to the Relationship Management team

Tasks And Responsibilities…

• Develop and nurture strong multi-tiered relationships with key external stakeholders to ensure successful launch and roll out of the novated leasing program
• Cross-departmental collaboration with Business Development, Education & Awareness, Relationship Management and Novated Client business units to ensure cohesive and collaborative approach to roll-out of program
• Uphold a clear understanding of the client’s needs and contractual obligations whilst identifying any concerns and taking ownership to ensure resolution
• Alignment to Onboarding and Implementation process and requirements ensuring all responsibilities are met
• Completion and upkeep of Dynamics and proactiveness in scheduling and completing agreed meeting schedule with client
• Seamless handover of client to the Relationship Management team at the one year anniversary post program commencement
• Harnessing and identifying product cross-sell opportunities for the wider Business Development Team

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…

• Proven hunger for sales and ability to adapt approach to meet customer, market and team needs. A track record of achieving results
• Ability to effectively market and promote products to new clients
• Proven business development and networking skills, with sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to engage, communicate and present confidently and professionally in a variety of settings
• Experience in developing and maintaining multi-tiered client relationships
• Ability to negotiate and achieve commercial outcomes
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills meeting deadlines and ing regularly on progress
• Current full drivers licence
• Flexibility for (overnight) interstate travel as required
• Bachelor of Commerce or Business-related, or equivalent (desirable)
