About The Role…

The Customer Quality Specialist is charged with ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data and process completion within the Novated Acquisitions team. You will be responsible for the quality assurance in relation to customer service and processes within Novated Acquisitions.

Tasks And Responsibilities…

• Provide ing and monitoring of team performance and productivity to the relevant Team Leader and/or Manager.
• Prepare and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve issues derived from audits and KPI monitoring. Advising of actions and training needs required where appropriate.
• Liaising with the Technical Trainer to communicate training requirements.
• Actively engage with the business and stakeholders to manage and contribute to a strong risk, quality and compliance management culture.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment and take ownership of personal development and customer service core competencies.

Skills And Experience

• Proven coaching skills
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably with a quality compliance/assurance aspect
• High level of attention to detail
• Effective communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills. Strong time management and organisational skills – someone who can meet specific deadlines and regularly on progress
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively resolve issues for customers in a timely manner
