The purpose of this role is to lead the delivery of exceptional Talent Acquisition the business globally

This role manages a globally dispersed Talent Acquisition Team to ensure that they are meeting their SLA’s around quality, speed and number of hires for the business strategic needs. You will be a passionate leader who can provide strategic direction, communicate with the Executive leadership team and levels below and also be involved in senior level hires and other recruitment as and when required.

You will be responsible for;

• Developing strategy using various sourcing techniques, qualifies and interviews candidates and communicates job offers.
• Establishes relationships with outside sources such as ad agencies, placement firms, headhunters, etc. and ensures a reliable pipeline of qualified candidates is maintained.
• Leads the team to manages internal job transfer systems.
• Delivers operational excellence – including defining new roles and hiring into the team.
• You will work with the Compliance and legal teams ensuring our processes and service remains GDPR compliant
• Ensuring an excellent candidate journey and experience.

Person spec

• Strong background in Talent Acquisition
• Management of Talent acquisition teams in a global environment
• You will thrive in a fast paced, driven and demanding organisation
• Your base will be both remote and at our Chiswick office.
• You will be an excellent communicator, articulating a clear vision whilst managing strategically within a corporate and commercial context working collaboratively with HR and Finance teams across the globe.
• You will have a passion for continuous improvement to ensure the team build a reputation for being a best practice shared service that provides a platform for future growth.
