Responsibilities:

· Managing of the Team (Bookkeeper, Accounting Assistant, Etc)

· Training the team members

· Auditing and keeping track of the team

· Finding areas where training can be improved within the company

· Billing our clients on a weekly basis to hit our weekly goals

· Collection calls to our client to make sure they are paying on time

· AP/AR through QuickBooks online

· Forecasting quarterly and yearly goals with management team

· Record keeping in our data base QuickBase

· Manage payroll

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in financial accounting, financial services, or other related fields
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to work under pressure
• Accounting Degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• GAAP: 3 years (Preferred)
