SFA Companies Hiring for Social Media Manager Full Time

We are a global company with our U.S. sales offices based in Kansas City, MO. SFA Companies is located by the KCI Airport. We are a leading distributor of hydraulic lift equipment and automotive accessories in the Northern America. Our markets include professional, industrial and retail outlets.

About the Opportunity

This candidate will help develop strategies to grow our follower base, build our brands, increase consumer traffic, and grow our distributor network

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and execute omni-channel digital marketing campaigns
• Create engaging content and brand voice across organic and paid social
• Paid Ads – Create high performing ad campaigns that deliver strong ROI (IG Reels, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Lead Email Marketing campaigns that increase customer engagement
• Experience with E-Commerce platforms (Shopify, MailChimp, AirTable)
• Stay up on trends that are relevant to the industry or company’s marketing initiatives
• Streamline & Grow Brand Ambassador/Affiliate programs
• Build strong relationships with Brand Ambassadors
• Trade Show planning and coordination with in-house teams, vendors, and partners

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as Social Media Specialist
• High level of creative thinking while managing multiple projects
• Excellent problem solver and calm under pressure
• Ability to learn and communicate technical information
• Self-motivated performer with a solid track record of building strong brands
• Excellent written and oral communication/presentation abilities
• Problem Solver with drive to grow professionally
• Strong time management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Degree in Marketing or relevant field a plus
• Automotive or Industrial Distribution Experience a plus
• Experience with building and/or directing long form video, photography, and graphic design a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
