SF Group Hiring for Junior HRBP / HR Generalist at Leicester Full Time

The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment are currently working with a very exciting and growing international client, who are actively recruiting for a Junior HR Business Partner / HR Generalist to join their Head Office based in Leicestershire.

As a HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, as well as HR operations support, which will include anything from the below

• Recruitment – Creating engaging job advertisements, managing the interview process, through to onboarding and issuing of contracts
• Employee Relations – Probationary reviews, Absence management, Grievances, Promotions and Disciplinaries
• Employee Retention
• Regularly reviewing Benefits, Rewards, and individual recognition
• Learning & Development – Providing Training and Development opportunities to HR Advisors, as well as senior management within the business
• Handling any HR related enquiries, ensuring that these are resolved efficiently and effectively
• Building effective and productive relationships with the senior management team
• Consistently build and develop your understanding of the business, as well as being the go to person for project support
• Maintaining an accurately internal HR database with all employee records, data and confidential documentation
• Reviewing internal policies and procedures, ensuring that these are streamlined across all divisions

The successful candidate will be a creative and enthusiastic individual who doesn’t shy aware from sharing new ideas. You will be proactive and confident when managing your own workload, as well as a supportive and approachable person for the less experienced individuals to bounce off. You will need to be trustworthy, as overtime, you will support with more senior HR projects across the UK as well as internationally.
