Nottingham (Hybrid set up) – 1/2 days a week at site with the rest working remotely
My client is keen to attract a tenured HR professional with a wealth of experience leading on and delivering change activity. Due to wide scale growth this role will include a wide range of people change activity including TUPE, process improvements, acquisitions/mergers, employee engagement as well as other improvement projects.
It’s likely you will possess a strong range of generalist HR experience as well as management of people change programmes such as TUPE and transformation projects. You will have excellent employee engagement experience and demonstratable examples of implementing and delivering process and system improvements. Our clients team is fairly small so you will be equally happy with the design as you are in hands on delivery of projects and enjoy a truly broad role. Working closely with a range of colleagues/stakeholders across recruitment, L&D and operations you will possess extremely well developed communication skills.
