The Role
Reporting in to the CEO, this is an exciting opportunity for you to take ownership of the HR strategy and to lead a capable HR team. You will devise and implement the people strategy (including policies and procedures) as the organisation grows. To achieve this, you will ensure the organisation’s values are reflected in people-orientated decisions and create an inviting and cohesive employee experience. As well as this, you will direct your team in owning the day-to-day operational duties for the function. This role represents a real opportunity to guide the business through a positive, transitional period and get some truly tangible results from doing so.
