SF Group Hiring for HR Business Partner at Birmingham Full Time
SF Recruitment are currently working with a University in the Birmingham area who are looking for a HR/OD Business Partner.
Salary £34,304 – £40,927 (dependant on experience)
Hybrid working available – 2 days in the office 3 days from home
To support the Associate Director OD to drive the implementation of the people strategy by leading on the delivery of organisational development initiatives and interventions. Working closely with senior managers and key stakeholders to manage change, implement new ways of working and ensure the workforce has the skills and capacity to meet current and emerging organisational needs. Working with Colleges/departments across the university to support a programme of continuous improvement which helps the university achieve its strategic ambitions.
