SF Recruitment are working with an entrepreneurial, privately-owned service business based in the West Midlands. Our client is seeking to add a technically sound and commercially astute CFO. This is a senior leadership role providing key support to the CEO and Executive Chairman.

Deliverables:

  • Manage and develop the finance team
  • Leading in M&A activity
  • Play a key role in shaping and driving strategy
  • Analysis with commentary for board papers when needed
  • Implementing continuous improvement procedures for finance and commercial processes

Profile:

  • Strong technical finance and accounting experience, likely to be big 4 trained
  • Professionally qualified ([ideally] ACA, ACCA, ACMA) with a strong academic record
  • Dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communicator and organiser
