They are now looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner, in a pivotal role where you will support to shape their financial strategy and drive further business growth. You will gain excellent exposure to the commercial and operational elements of the business.
As the Finance Business Partner your will role will include the following duties:
-Control the consolidation of financial results and produce management s for key stakeholders
-Support with the budgeting process and key strategic initiatives
-Business partnering with key stakeholders, promoting and influencing positive change across the finance team
-Enhance and develop current ing procedures
-Analyse and evaluate business performance, compared to historical results, budgets and similar businesses
-Provide detailed and clear financial analysis on market trends and how the business can improve their performance
-Cleary communicate to non-financial areas of the business what the financial s mean
To be considered for this role, you will be a confident and articulate qualified accountant, who has worked within commercial finance with strong financial modelling skills.
You will have the ability to convert data into real meaningful information, and will be an effective business partner to senior stakeholders within a business.
Experience working within a large, global company would be highly advantageous.
