TITLE:​​Onsite Account Executive
LOCATION: St. Petersburg, FL

Compensation: 55K – 80K + Commission

SUMMARY

As an Onsite Account Executive, you’re the face of the organization to your clients. You’ll be responsible for identifying profitable opportunities and developing plans to engage with clients strategically. You’ll prospect targeting, engagement, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and post-closing participation in ongoing account management and optimization activities. In addition, you’ll maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify profitable opportunities and develop plans to engage with clients strategically.

• Prospect targeting, engagement, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and post-closing participation in ongoing account management and optimization activities

• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities

• Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.

• Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations

• Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are met and company standards are upheld.

• Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects

• Prospect and qualify new sales leads

• Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Act as a liaison between business

• Ensure all projects are delivered within time, scope, quality, and cost constraints

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below represent the required knowledge, skills, and ability.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred

• Experience in the technology or software industry

• Minimum three years sales experience preferably in B2B

• Proven success rate at levels above sales quota

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT

• This is an on-site position. No remote or hybrid

• Must live within 30 minutes or less of the job location

BASE SALARY:

• Commensurate on Experience
