The Seven Cairns Sales team is seeking a Administration Assistant to join them in serving their regional markets. This exciting opportunity is for a part-time Administration Assistant requiring 22.8 hours per week.

Based in Cairns and ing to the Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Processing and managing advertising bookings
• Assisting in the preparation of advertising proposals
• Accurate maintenance of client and revenue records
• Developing key client and business relationships
• Providing administrative assistance

You’ll need:

• Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Good working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite – Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
• An aptitude for analysing numbers
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• A positive work ethic and strong team focus
