An opportunity has opened up for a Sales Coordinator to become a part of the Seven Sydney Sales team. You’ll be responsible for providing administration and sales support to the Sales Executive, Group Sales Manager and Sales department.

You’ll:

• Delivering on short-term revenue incentives within patch.
• Contributes to the Executive and Group Sales Manager sales targets through sales proactivity, yield management & adhering to processes on inventory management.
• Administration support & data entry.
• Timely processing of proposals, bookings, enquiries and other sales information as directed.
• Regular use of TV Network Sales system.
• Monitor and optimise TV campaign delivery within Client Remit.
• Provide and update s to clients and internal stakeholders on campaign delivery using both Microsoft Excel and industry aligned systems.
• Efficiently file all documents, s and correspondence as required
• Ensure timely distribution of relevant departmental documentation.

You’ve:

• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Previous sales-related experience is beneficial.
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• A positive work ethic and strong team focus
