The Sales Assistant role is a key contributor with Admin Support assisting our Sales Executives enhance their client service engagement within the Seven Sunshine Coast Sales Team based in the Maroochydore office.

Based in Maroochydore and ing to the Deputy QLD Regional Sales Manager your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering customer focused services to clients.
• Developing your skills in media buying and planning and understanding the media landscape.
• Creating, booking, placement and maintenance of advertising for client TV campaigns based on their target audience.
• Managing our internal system processes ensuring placement of advertising material for TV campaigns and regular engagement with our internal departments.
• Providing administrative support to the Account Executives and Sales Manager.
• Receptionist duties when required.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships internally and externally.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical and data entry skills.
• Great time management with the ability to adhere to deadlines.
• Willingness to learn a variety of tasks.
