Seva Wellness Clinic Hiring for Front Desk Receptionist at Surrey, BC Full Time

Seva Wellness is looking for a Part time evenings and weekends clinic manager! We are located in Surrey and are a Multidisciplinary clinic with Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, and Kinesiology!

Duties include:

• Booking appointments via Janeapp
• Answering phone calls
• Greeting patients
• Maintaining electronic patient files/uploading files via Janeapp
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to organize and prioritize tasks
• Taking payments/handling cash as well as direct billings to extended coverage companies.
• Basic computer and printer skills.
• Able to speak more than 1 language is preferred.
• Light cleaning duties
• Must have experience using Janeapp, and experience working in a clinic is an asset.
• Direct Billing and ICBC/WSBC experience an asset
• ****Previous experience in physiotherapy or chiropractic clinics and have used janeapp is an asset****

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
