Setter Capital is a leading advisory firm in the global private equity secondary market.

We have been in business for over 10 years and are currently looking to add a bright and highly organized CRM Specialist, Associate to our team.

As a CRM Specialist, Associate, you will be part of the team responsible for inputting, updating, organizing and analyzing information in our CRM and Investment system.

What you’re responsible for:

• Overseeing and auditing updates to the CRM system by other team members to ensure adherence to quality standards

• Ensure data integrity and performing quality assurance

• Conduct internet research for information for monthly reports prepared by Analysts

• Assist Analyst in preparing pricing and liquidity reports

• Updating data from internal and external sources

• Managing a queue of operational requests from other team members

• Create monthly reports on team activity

• Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes

– You are highly proficient in various Microsoft products

– You are able to work independently and demonstrate sound judgement

– You are organized and detail oriented

– Able to handle and balance multiple tasks with excellent time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
