Start date: ASAP

Pay-rate: £18.85 /h

Shift: 9:00-17:00

Description: Exciting opportunity for anyone who is looking for a career in HR Services. Hybrid working available 3 days in Kings Cross office 2 days working from home.

Role accountabilities

• Working with managers where necessary to manage maternity, paternity, fixed term

contract, secondment, flexible working and sabbatical processes for a business area.

Ensuring that they are actioned according to policy, in a timely manner with relevant

deadlines adhered to.

• Advise managers on policy and procedure to empower them to manage their staff

effectively in relation to straightforward people issues.

• Support the drive towards manager self-service. Check the accuracy and validity of all

payroll input, including checking and signing off payroll changes and associated letters and

audit trails.

• Check and sign off contracts, offer letters and ensure that onboarding is completed to the

NHG standard, making sure that new starter checklists are completed and files are to NHG

requirements.
