Role Overview:

Session AI is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Vice President of Sales to lead our sales efforts in North America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building high-performance sales teams, and cultivating strategic relationships with clients. As the Regional Vice President of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and coaching to the sales team members
• Market Expansion: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand Session AI’s presence in the [specified region]. Identify new business opportunities and forge partnerships to drive revenue growth
• Client Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Understand client needs, anticipate challenges, and offer tailored AI solutions to address their business objectives
• Revenue Generation: Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert opportunities into sales. Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to optimize results
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop top talent within the sales team. Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability
• Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of the curve in the AI technology sector
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure seamless communication and alignment of strategies

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the AI technology or related industry
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in various industries
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performance sales teams

Benefits

The salary range is 175 K to 200 Base OTE is 350K to 400K Depending on experience level
