Role Overview :

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to support our Demand Generation marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a proven track record of creating and implementing successful digital campaigns.

We sell to the top 1,000 companies in ecommerce, travel and hospitality, and telecom industries; a big part of your work will be dedicated to engaging the key decision-makers within these accounts.

You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, engage our target accounts, and ultimately contribute to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns via LinkedIn and Demandbase, including creating copy and creative materials for the ad.
• Develop email newsletters and nurture emails, including content creation.
• Create, deploy, and optimize landing pages to support marketing campaigns across the business, including web, social, events, ads, and ABM tactics.
• Work closely with the agency to design, update, and optimize our website performance and reliability.
• Monitor and analyze website and social media performance, using data-driven insights to make improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Exceptional copywriting skills.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics platforms, like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress, Marketo, Demandbase, and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) best practices; previous experience with ABM is a plus.
• Creative thinking and a good eye for design.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• A results-oriented mindset and the ability to track and on the success of digital marketing initiatives.

Benefits

The base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 – $125,000 Depending on experience.

Session AI’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level.
