Servomex Hiring for Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job at Crowborough, England Full Time

Are you looking to further your recruiting career within an In-house recruitment function? We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the global talent acquisition team. The role will be based out of Crowborough, East Sussex working 32 hours per week.

The Talent Acquisition coordinator will support in managing the end-to-end recruitment for vacancies across the global business. They will also be responsible for providing comprehensive recruitment administration support ensuring compliance of the recruitment process.

About the role:

Talent Acquisition duties: –

• Generation of direct candidates from a variety of sources including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, local recruitment channels, staff referrals and other innovative and cost-effective solutions
• Sourcing for a range of global roles with a focus on Manufacturing/ Production vacancies within the UK (UKTC) and USA technical centres to ensure that we have talent pools across our different business units
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
• Reviewing candidate applications, conducting pre-screening calls to shortlist the best candidates
• Participate in interviews with candidates and hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates
• Offer negotiation /management, coordination of on boarding
• Promote the Servomex employer brand
• Championing Servomex recruitment process and striving for best practice recruitment at all levels of the organisation.
• Ensuring that the recruitment process is followed consistently and adhered to by all Hiring Managers, taking corrective action where appropriate

Talent Acquisition administration duties: –

• Working with the hiring managers to draft job requisitions that include job descriptions and candidate specifications
• Writing and posting job adverts to go internally and externally via Workday and other external sources
• Maintaining the job board in the UKTC
• Liaising with candidates and hiring managers to proactively schedule interviews and gain interview feedback
• Meeting and greeting interviewees to the UKTC and performing Right to Work checks within government guidelines or ensuring this check is carried out by other members of the HR team
• Ensuring that all recruitment activity is fully captured on Workday and act as point of contact for Workday recruiting issues
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly recruitment reports and other ad-hoc reports
• Suggestion and implementation of amendments to processes for both ease of use and to adhere to new legislation (e.g. reference numbering vacancies, amendments of Ethics at Interview process and documentation and documentation storage for GDPR)
• Other recruitment/ HR administration duties as required

About You:

Essential Skills, Experience and Education:

• Prior experience in a recruitment /resourcing role with knowledge of recruiting for Manufacturing/ Production type roles
• A proven track record of direct candidate sourcing and use of social media as a recruitment channel
• Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and visa processes, and the impact/requirements on resourcing
• Ability to advise, coach and support hiring managers throughout the selection process
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Superior organisation skills and a detail-oriented focus with the ability to effectively prioritise
• An ability to develop effective relationships across the organisation and externally as demonstrated by developing a purposeful network
• Experience of working within a high volume fast paced environment
• Strong administrative skills with experience of working with a demanding and heavy workload
• Must have experience of dealing with sensitive and confidential information/ data

Desirable skills and experience:

• Experience of working in a multi discipline and global environment, preferably in a technology/instrumentation environment
• Experience with Workday or other Application Tracking Systems (ATS)
