Responsibilities:
– Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
– Verify and correct data as needed
– Maintain electronic and physical files
– Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
– Retrieve and organize information from databases and files as requested
– Assist with data collection and analysis projects as assigned
Experience:
– Previous experience in a clerical or data entry role preferred
– Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
