ServiceNow Developer (Remote) Full Time

The Panther Group is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support a leading aerospace and defense enterprise. In this role, you will work on a collaborative Agile team to design and build automated workflows that support mission-critical aircraft programs such as F-35, F-22, and C-130.
This is a fully remote opportunity where you’ll contribute to impactful projects that improve operational efficiency and support both internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications and enhancements
• Build and maintain automated workflows using Flow Designer
• Develop solutions within Scoped Applications and CSM (Customer Service Management)
• Create and manage tables, forms, and data structures
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and data sources
• Write and maintain code interacting with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
• Collaborate with Agile team members to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Participate in demos, gather feedback, and continuously improve functionality

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including:
  • Scoped Application Development
  • Flow Designer
  • Form and Table Management
  • Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Experience with ServiceNow Glide (JavaScript) framework
• Familiarity with IntegrationHub, JDBC, and data import sets
• Experience working with SQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders
• Experience working in an Agile environment

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer
• ServiceNow CSM Implementation Specialist certification
• Experience with REST APIs and integrations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-starter with a customer-focused mindset
