The successful candidate has years of experience working for a SAAS provider on a customer support or customer success team.

Job Responsibilities include:
– Assist with product demos
– Manage migration scheduling
– Manage onboarding new customers onto the Service365 platform
– Help with beta testing of pre-release versions
– Communicate product releases with customers to help them get the most value from our solution
– Assist with marketing to identify opportunities
– Work with customers to help prioritize the development roadmap
– Provide monthly reporting on customer satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
