We are seeking a Finance, administration or similar graduate/junior level individual to join our team in Perth WA. This role is currently based in Osborne Park.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position will support with day-to-day financial and commercial tasks.

Your key responsibilities and involvements will include:

• Procure to Payment tasks. From aiding the generation of commercial agreements to raising Purchase Orders through to timely payment of invoices.
• Performing finance administration tasks including fleet cost checks and allocations, project set up, weekly payroll entries.
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and forecasts. Update monthly forecasts in the finance system (Jobpac).
• Assist in the month end process including reviews with Project Managers, cost reconciliations, journal preparation and accrual posting.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements.

About You

• Have some relevant finance/accounting/admin experience or training and a desire to grow in this area.
• Have strong attention to details and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Be a team player
• Be open to learning and have a can-do attitude
• Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills
