About The Position
At Taylor Bank, everything we do is about serving our community and building strong customer relationships. We are seeking a full-time Service Specialist with great people skills to service customers at our 20th Street, Ocean City, MD branch location.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Prior customer service experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong communication skills
- A professional appearance
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree preferred
- Prior banking experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Handling customer transactions, including: Deposits and withdrawals
- Account maintenance, such as address changes
- Issuing debit cards
- Responding to routine account inquiries
- Assisting customers with digital banking navigation
- Explaining products and services and making appropriate referrals
- Supporting day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Additional tasks as assigned
