Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Partner I will work directly with the Sales leadership team in designing the organization’s sales hiring strategy and be responsible for attracting talent through strategic planning, collaboration, negotiation, and influential communication. The successful Talent Acquisition Partner I will work with the team to effectively translate metrics and objectives into actions that align with the overall business strategy. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will closely collaborate with the Sales leadership team to ensure recruitment demands are met across North America.

• Serve as an internal consultant and advisor for hiring managers in the candidate recruitment cycle – from opening a requisition to candidate on-boarding
• Understand the needs/skills of the position to be filled will require examining current job descriptions for accuracy and relevance to current position needs and developing an effective recruitment strategy
• Work with business leaders & hiring managers to develop robust workforce and talent acquisition plans for each fiscal year and adjust the plans as needed
• Be a subject-matter expert on recruiting markets, competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas and share your knowledge
• Successfully reach a candidate offer acceptance using a combination of negotiation skills, value-selling strategies, and anticipation of objections
• Participate in project work, process improvement initiatives and other duties as needed
• We will look to you to build and maintain a network of candidates through creative sourcing techniques that may include web sourcing, networking events, conferences, research, referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline
• Report on recruitment activities, and provide feedback and insights into competitive landscape
